Luke Cordova is the Owner and Qualifying Broker of Santa Fe Property Management, LLC, Vacay Santa Fe, LLC, and 1st Class Realty of Santa Fe, bringing nearly 20 years of real estate experience to property owners, investors, and clients throughout Northern New Mexico. Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2006, Luke has successfully guided clients through numerous real estate transactions while helping property owners maximize the value and performance of their investments.

Through his companies, Luke provides full-service real estate brokerage, long-term property management, and vacation rental management, offering clients comprehensive solutions for buying, selling, managing, and investing in real estate. His extensive knowledge of the Santa Fe real estate market and investment property opportunities allows him to help clients make informed decisions that protect and grow their assets. Luke is a U.S. Air Force Veteran and former Captain who proudly served his country after graduating from the University of New Mexico. He commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force and served as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Combat Crew Member, responsible for one of the nation’s most sophisticated strategic defense systems. The leadership, discipline, and accountability he developed during his military career continue to guide how he leads his businesses and serves his clients today.

Outside of real estate, Luke is deeply involved in the community. For several years he has dedicated his time to coaching youth baseball and running a competitive club team, helping young athletes develop discipline, teamwork, and confidence both on and off the field. Luke is also a licensed Private Pilot and has a lifelong passion for aviation. Whether flying, coaching, or serving his clients, he brings the same preparation, focus, and commitment to excellence.
